Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of TrazoPlus (the "Site," the "Platform"), operated by Medioswebpe ("we," "us," "TrazoPlus"). By creating an account, purchasing a design, publishing a design as a seller, or browsing the Site in any way, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. What TrazoPlus is
TrazoPlus is a digital marketplace that connects independent sellers who publish graphic designs with buyers who purchase them for immediate digital download. TrazoPlus acts as a technology intermediary: it does not create, design, thoroughly review, or author the designs published by sellers. Each seller is solely responsible for the content they publish.
2. User accounts
To buy, sell, or customize a design you need to create an account with truthful, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age (18 years old) or have your legal guardian's authorization to use the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms, with no obligation to refund pending balances or offers unless the law requires otherwise.
3. Seller obligations
By publishing a design, the seller represents and warrants that:
- They are the original author of the design, or hold all the rights, licenses, and authorizations necessary to publish it, sell it, and authorize its download on TrazoPlus.
- The design does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademarks, image rights, or any other intellectual or industrial property right.
- The design does not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content, nor content that incites violence or hatred.
- The description, title, category, price, and usage license they declare on their product page are accurate.
The seller is solely and fully responsible for any third-party claim (including copyright-infringement claims) arising from the content they publish, and agrees to hold TrazoPlus, its operators, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, lawsuit, loss, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from that content, from their breach of these Terms, or from their use of the Platform.
4. Copyright infringement reports
If you believe a design published on TrazoPlus infringes your copyright or another intellectual property right, write to us with: (a) identification of the original work and proof of your ownership, (b) the exact link to the design on TrazoPlus, and (c) your contact details. We will review the report and, if warranted, remove the design from sale and notify the seller. A seller with repeated, well-founded reports may be permanently suspended.
5. Usage license for purchased designs
When you buy a design you obtain a usage license, not ownership or copyright over the file. The exact scope of the license (personal use, commercial use, resale, etc.) is whatever the seller states in the "Usage license" section of each product page — read it before you buy. Unless the seller expressly states otherwise there, by default:
- You may use the design for personal use and to print/stamp products that you sell yourself.
- You may not resell, share, redistribute, or give away the digital file itself (modified or not), whether for free or for payment, as if it were your own original work.
- You may not register the design, or a substantially similar version of it, as your own trademark or copyright.
6. Design customization
Some designs let you add your own text or other edits using our editor before buying them, for an additional cost. The base design remains the original seller's intellectual property under the same license described in section 5; the only thing that is "yours" is the text/edit you added. The final result is private — it is not published or shown to other users. You are solely responsible for the content (text) you add: it must not be illegal or defamatory, and it must not infringe third-party rights; we reserve the right to remove any customization that breaches this. The customization fee is non-refundable once the file has been generated, except for a proven Platform error.
7. Prices, payments, and currencies
Each product is published and charged in the currency (USD or PEN) its seller chose — TrazoPlus does not convert between currencies, and a single shopping cart cannot mix products in different currencies. Payments are processed through Izipay, an external payment provider. TrazoPlus never receives or stores your full card details — they are entered directly into Izipay's payment form. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or errors attributable to the payment gateway or your issuing bank.
8. Downloads and refunds
Once payment is confirmed, the file becomes available for immediate download. Because this is digital content delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and the download link has been generated, except for a proven Platform error (for example, a duplicate charge or a damaged/missing file). If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most cases are resolved directly.
9. Commissions, fees, and seller payouts
TrazoPlus withholds a commission on each of a seller's sales, at the rate currently shown in the seller panel. Publishing a design may carry an associated fee once any active promotional period ("soft launch") ends. Seller payouts are settled according to the process and schedule we announce in the seller panel; we do not guarantee any minimum level of sales or income for any seller.
TrazoPlus reserves the right to change, at any time and at its sole discretion, the percentages, fees, and amounts it charges for any of its services — including (without limitation) the sales commission, the listing fee, the design customization fee, and any other present or future charge. The current value of each is always whatever is shown on the Site (seller panel, product page, customization editor, etc.) at the time of the relevant transaction. A change does not affect transactions already completed before it takes effect.
10. Referral program
An eligible seller may refer other sellers and receive a bonus calculated on their referral's sales during a limited time window, on the terms shown in the seller panel. We reserve the right to void bonuses obtained fraudulently (duplicate accounts, self-referrals, etc.) and to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
11. Prohibited conduct
You may not use TrazoPlus to:
- Publish or buy content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
- Post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or generate fake referrals/accounts.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or Platform systems.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site (aggressive scraping, attacks, reverse engineering aimed at exploiting vulnerabilities).
- Use the Platform for money laundering or other unlawful activity.
12. Platform intellectual property
The name "TrazoPlus," its logo, the Site's design, its source code, and other elements of the Platform itself (not sellers' designs) are the property of Medioswebpe. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written authorization.
13. Service availability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Site will run without interruptions or errors, or that it will be available at all times — there may be maintenance, third-party failures (hosting, payment gateway), or other events outside our control.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrazoPlus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including (without limitation) losses arising from content published by sellers, third-party failures, or misuse of a purchased design. In any case, our total liability to a user will not exceed the amount that user actually paid to TrazoPlus in the preceding 12 months.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect once published on this same page, dated with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the new Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Peru, unless applicable consumer protection law grants the user a different, non-waivable venue.
