Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11/10/2026 · In effect for trazoplus.com
At TrazoPlus ("we," "the Platform"), operated by Medioswebpe, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Law No. 29733, Peru's Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.
1. Data controller
Medioswebpe is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through trazoplus.com. You can contact us using the details in section 10 with any question about your data.
2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:
- Account data: name, email address, and password (always stored encrypted, never in plain text) when you register as a buyer or seller.
- Store data (sellers): store name, bio, and any other information you choose to show on your seller profile.
- Purchase data: order history, purchased products, amount, and currency. We do not collect or store your full payment card details — Izipay processes those directly (see section 4).
- Customizations: if you use the customization editor, we store the final design you generate — it is private, only you can see it.
- Browsing data: IP address, approximate country, pages you visit, where you arrived at the Site from (search engine, direct link, campaign), and device/browser type, collected through our own anonymous identification cookie (see section 3).
- Reviews: the rating and comment you leave on a product you purchased.
3. Cookies we use
| Cookie | What it's for | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Login session | Keep you identified while you browse (cart, account). | Until you close your browser |
| Visitor identifier (own analytics) | Recognize you across visits for internal traffic statistics (not advertising or third-party purposes). | 1 year |
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
4. Who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data to third parties. We share it only when necessary to operate the service:
- Izipay (payment processor, Peru) — receives your name, email, and the payment details you enter directly into its form, to process the charge. Its own privacy policy applies.
- Hosting provider — hosts the infrastructure where the Site and its database live.
- Internal AI tools — we use an artificial intelligence service (Claude, by Anthropic) for two specific tasks: (1) spell-checking and avoiding duplicates in the category names a seller proposes when publishing a product, and (2) generating and maintaining the Spanish-English translation of each product's title and description, so we can also show the catalog in English to buyers in the United States. In both cases only the product's or category's own text is sent (title, description, or proposed name), never the seller's or buyer's personal data.
- When required by law (a request from a competent authority).
5. Why we process your data
We process your data with your prior, free, express, and informed consent (given when you create your account and accept this policy), to: create and manage your account, process your purchases and payments, generate and deliver your downloads, calculate seller commissions and payouts, show you the status of your orders, prevent fraud, and generate internal Site usage statistics.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active, plus any additional time required by legal or accounting obligations (for example, sales records). Anonymous browsing data is kept for a maximum of 2 years for statistical purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see section 8), subject to us retaining what is strictly necessary to meet legal obligations (for example, the history of an already-invoiced purchase).
7. Security
Your password is always stored encrypted (never in plain text). Access to the database is restricted, and communications with the Platform travel encrypted (HTTPS). No system is 100% foolproof; if we detect a security incident affecting your personal data, we will notify you within the timeframes required by Peruvian law.
8. Your rights (ARCO)
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:
- Access: ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Cancellation: ask us to delete your data once it is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Objection: object to specific processing of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us using the contact details in section 10. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you can turn to Peru's National Personal Data Protection Authority (ANPDP) — gob.pe/anpdp.
9. Minors
TrazoPlus is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we detect a minor's account without their legal guardian's authorization, we will delete it.
10. Contact
For any question about this policy, or to exercise your ARCO rights, write to us at info@trazoplus.com.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time; changes take effect once published on this same page, dated with the "Last updated" date above.
